Prerequisites

Subscription and access

You need:

• a valid Requestador subscription

• access to the Requestador administration interface

• valid credentials or onboarding details for the purchased subscription

If the Pimcore extension is sold with a one-year Requestador subscription, ensure that the subscription has already been activated before proceeding.

Pimcore requirements

You need:

• a supported Pimcore version (11.x, 12.x)

• administrator access to Pimcore

• permission to install and configure bundles/extensions

AI provider requirements

To use Requestador with an LLM provider, you also need:

• access to a supported AI provider

• valid API credentials for the selected provider

• a model or endpoint that is available under your provider plan

For example, if using OpenAI, you must have a valid API key and access to the model you want to use.

Functional prerequisites

Before the integration becomes usable, the following items must be configured:

• at least one AI endpoint in Requestador

• at least one Requestador action

• at least one Pimcore Requestador configuration
